Ok, I'm am very confused as I just stumbled upon something I've not seen mentioned anywhere about the new 177.79 forceware drivers. Has there been some new internal driver level scaler added into the forceware drivers or something? I just went to Manage custom resolutions and just added 3840x1200 as a valid resolution for my 1920x1200 24" Samsung 245BW. I'm typing in a screen that is scaling 3840x1200 on this 1920x1200 display?!? I just set it on both my 245BWs on this machine. My desktop is emulating 2 3840x1200 displays when it's really 2 1920x1200. I just tried it and 3840x1200 works in 3D mode on the 1920x1200 screen too. Interesting...
Windows Vista Home Premium x64, 2 Samsung 245BW, ForceWare 177.79 Vista x64 drivers.
