i can't revert to the classic view. there is no option for that in 'view' What. The.

well.. i read it up and apparently they removed the option. so how do you change it to fixed aspect ratio in the new cp..? i tried creating a custom resolution and checking fixed aspect ratio but it didnt work``

Open Notepad. Paste the following text:

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARENVIDIA CorporationGlobalNvCplApiPolicies]
"ContextUIPolicy"=dword:00000001
"TaskbarUIPolicy"=dword:00000001
"CplGroupUIPolicy"=dword:00000001

Save it as ClassicControlPanel.reg (not a .txt file!). Double-click the file to merge it into the registry.

I'm not a fan of the new nvidia control panel, so I always use this. If you want to change it back, edit the .reg file and change all the dword values to 00000003. Save and re-merge.
