Catalyst Drivers now support Aspect Scaling

As I mentioned here, AMD Catalyst Drivers now support Aspect Scaling. Might be worth mentioning in the Wiki.

Yeah, like it says in the thread, it's been working since Cat 8.3 for X1k cards and higher. Should also update the screenshots on the wiki page.

Wonder if the artificial underscanning has been fixed, it's the reason I stopped using my x1950xtx, no matter what at 1:1 native res. I had black borders forced by the driver.

Mobile solutions have often supported aspect scaling. So, here's hoping. Updated the page. Let me know if it needs more updating.
