Dawn of War ini hack breaks minimap

Just been trying the dawn of war/winter assault ini hack to pillar box rather than stretch. It works with the exception that the minimap becomes about 50% bigger and impinges on the rest of the HUD. This obscures some of the minimap and obscures some of the HUD

Due to the extremely zoomed in nature of the game the minimap is essential so the fix is essentially useless.

Assuming this is reproducible, can the relevant thread (http://www.widescreengamingforum.com/node/5502 be changed to indicate the major problems with the hack.
