Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines
I purchased this game through Steam because they have it as a Halloween special for $10.
I think I installed the unofficial patch, but it's tricky being a Steam install and all. The resolution patch I downloaded doesn't do anything when I click it.
I can change the registry of the game to 3840x1024 but when I run it in Steam it reverts to single screen resolution.
Any tips?

Did you see the triplehead resolution in the in-game dropdown list?

Hello old thread! Well, here's some information if anyone else ever comes looking for it.
Changing the game registry wasn't working for me because whenever I loaded the game it changed it back.
The exe resolution changer file worked for me ONCE I FOUND WHAT DIRECTORY TO PUT IT IN. You can get the file lots of places but they usually don't provide the directions.
Here it is with directions:

I didn't like how it looked in TripleHead2Go, I turned on anamorphic and fiddled with the FOV command. But it looks great in 1680x1050 so it was worth messing around with.
I'd recommend getting the unofficial "true patch"here: [url]http://www.tessmage.com/forum]
She also has some high def textures for download.

Re: Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines
Hi all
I know this is a very old thread, but it is the only one I can find that deals with triscreen and this game.
The link for the instructions on how to enable triscreen resolutions in the Steam version of the game is dead. The poster didn't explain what has to be done.
I do not have the game right now, but if someone can confirm how to enable triscreen for it, please let me know. I would like to buy it, but I'm not going to until I know for sure how to get it working.
Also, it seems Vroshnak did not like the way it looked in TH2Go. I suppose maybe it is vert-,,, maybe?
Or is it just edge distorted really badly? I can live with the E.D., but not vert-.
Thanks for any information you can offer :)

Re: Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines
I have the game on my steam. If you give me a few days I can see if I can get it to run with my 5760x1080 setup.

Thank you, much appreciated :)
Re: Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines
I believe Vampires uses Valves Source engine, so it could well be possible.

Re: Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines
The last post has been tested with super-wide resolutions. Not sure about true surround resolutions.

You shouldn't be messing with the registry at all. It is most likely a place holder value that is overwritten.
