X-Men Origins Wolverine
Hmm I just try to run Wolverine in TH with no sucess. In SGU there no WOlverine in the list. In WEngine.ini resx=5040 is changed. And game is runing just on single monitor with no TH res selection available in options. Side screens is turning off by the game when I start it... any ideas?

Where, exactly, is the file WEngine.ini you are editing located?
Can you confirm other games are working ok at 5040x1050?

- Yes I just for now I am runing Prey with no problem (after some tweaks). And I already try HL2? Left 4 Dead and CS Sourse - all of them in 5040x1050.
Some ideas?

Did you update the game? IRC, I left it as is, no update.
Also, here is my WEngine.ini file contents, copy and paste this into your one in Notepad and see if it helps:
Also, can you do a file search for WEngine.ini on your PC, just in case the location in the "Admin" folder is not infact the correct one.
Also, do not quote the above when replying, that amount of text is freaking browsers out as it is!

Also, can you do a file search for WEngine.ini on your PC, just in case the location in the "Admin" folder is not infact the correct one.

Finally all is OK! I just replaced my WEngine.ini by yours and get 5040x1050 res.
So what is the point? What els I should change exept ResX=5040 and ResY=1050 lines in WEngine.ini? And if u just dowloaded it from somewhere plz post the link if u don't mind :D

No, I edited it myself.
You can use a program like CompareIt
http://www.grigsoft.com/wincmp3.htm
to see the differences between the 2 files (your original and mine).
Dunno off hand, but could have been "AllowD3D10=False ", cant use 5040x1050 in DX10 (on nVidia).

OK now I can see the reason!
In addition to lines:
ResX=5040
ResY=1050
we must change:
UserSelectedResolution=False to UserSelectedResolution=True
Do you add just this two lines by your self? And if so where from do you know that exept resolution we must add something else? I am asking to future knowledge of .ini tweaking. Is this option is necessary to all games on U3 Engine?

I really didnt read it anywhere! I either noticed it myself (its common setting on Unreal engine games) or the game had it preset in my case.

Got this game working 5760x1200, all I did was change the res to 1920x1200 in game first.
Exit the game and edit the 1920 to 5760 and all was well.
I also just went into the same .ini file and changed use Vsync from false to true, as I have some minor tearing of the screen.
This game is really fun so far for me and I am a Wolverine fan so its even better. With all the hype and stuff Prototype got I am surprised almost nobody knows about this game as its very similar and infact maybe more fun to me.
