"Crysis Delayed
A statement by the CEO of Crytek indicates that the much-anticipated next-generation game Crysis will be released "later than planned". It's not clear precisely when this will be, but previous release dates had been around March 2007, so I believe we may be looking at mid to late 2007 at the earliest now."
dont understand the hype around this game anyway.
everyone is talking/thinking about graphics when they hear Crysis, but a game is more then graphics... well thats just me tho
If the current law before your government passes (violent vid games & the school shootings) Crysis will move from Germany
imo no chance for the law, because of the european internal market (i hope it's the right word :P) the ban will just be successful if the whole eu would ban it, so this will not happen.

Far Cry was freaking awesome, And this looks like farcry 2 minus the name. So I expect better gameplay then Farcry.
Ah well, better have them do it right then have them do it quick (*cough* EA *cough*)
Well... EA bought the rights to publish Crysis. I hope they don't ruin this game.
This is a bummer, but now I think I will hold off on upgrading my GPU. Perhaps I will just replace my 50" Rear-projection HDTV with one of the new fancy Flatpanels instead.
I have some money aching to be spent and I can't help myself!
As long as EA don't include spywar^H^H^H^H^H^H... sorry, 'In Game Advertsing' in it, I don't care. As long as it's released - given how it was bringing top spec systems to their knees at even medium resolutions when it was demoed at E3, it gives the hardware more time to evolve.

Good point. I still may go get an 8800GTX. I cannot help but drool at the performance gains over current hardware. If I do, it will guarantee that the R600 will kick its ass and I will regret my purchase. If I don't, the R600 will somehow suck in comparison and I will wonder why I waited. Frickin' story of my life.
