Maybe I have missed this one :D

Today I found the solution to my FOV problem with CMR05.:

You have alter your command prompt and add "WIDESCREENDISPLAY". The custom resolution can be chosen in the game menu. See the game's readme for more details.

Widescreen support out of the box! :lol:
