anyway to edit IN-GAME menus so they can be moved up/down...

I know alot of people own tvs that can be used as PC monitors but sometimes they have overscan...which is when about 5 to 10 percent of the picture is cut off all around...

For a game like knights of the old republic this is a bad thing because its in-game menus are pretty much at the far bottom and top...

So this being said....is there anyway to move these menus via some hack or mod to your liking( up down, left right??)

Not really, but you can use Powerstrip to make a custom resolution with little to no overscan. For games that only have set resolutions available, though, I'm not sure how much help that would be...
