I also cannot not select a triple wide resolution. For me, the game is displaying in a triple wide aspect ratio, but is shrunk down and only being displayed only on the middle third of the left most screen.
Here's hoping a fix can be found.

I have the same exact issue, was there a config file nodes(width + height) for resolution in RE7? If there is we should try that for dmc5config.ini in the root of the install to force a resolution.
What I did as a temp fix is just set the rendering to 200% instead of 100% and that made it way better, I think it is jacked up though.

Yeah, Surround is a bust in Fullscreen, Borderless or Window. Somebody decided to say if res.x < 4000 or something...

Yeah it's a bad habit of mine I do it on all of my game launchers I am always online/on my comp I just do the anti social thing and stay in [offline mode]. If you ever want to chat etc just hit me up I am really online. I better stop doing that -> [offline status] I am sure a bunch of my other friends think I am crazy or MIA from Steam for years now
That is insane, you really have to wonder about some of these devs and why they go out of there way for stopping large rez widths in the options, it's madness I tell you!

Perfect! Damn this is a massive difference visually for 5760x1080, it looks incredible now! I just don't understand what on earth they are doing, it's all there but just locked purposely... insane.

Guys, have you seen how many downloads Jack's fix has already? Just think if everyone who downloaded donated just $1. That would be great incentive to keep the fixes coming to address the too many developers who don't take the time.
Meanwhile, I hope you find the time to keep improving the fix, like you did for Nioh, Vanquish, Bayonetta and others.
Areas of improvement:
-2D loading screens in triple wide appear to be displaying in 21:9
-other 2D elements are stretched over the entire three screens: 2D cutscenes (like the background story selectable in the menu, or the names of new enemies when first encountered).

so I have the 2560x1080 fix in the game and all that but is there a fix for the health bar hud and red orbs to be moved? seems kinda still in the centre

plz guys any way to fix the fov on the 1920x1080 ?
i tried to fix it through the game file but anything above the 40 fov the game crash all the time
i tried to use the ultra wide screen fix to fix the crapy fov and it did work but the screen has a gray bars up and in the bottom
anyone can help my plz i cant play it my eyes hurt !

Weird question, but does the fix change anything about the dx of the game? i did want to start it on dx11, for that i have to change the line TargetPlatform in configs from dx12 to dx11. but now it crashes. I just wonder myself if this comes from the fix for widescreen or is any other problem.

It's based on aspect ratio I believe. So you should be fine using the 2560x1080 version.
