Halo 2: Hypocrit Edition

Mouse sensitivity might be it... There was a mouse setting I cranked to about 3/4 full and it felt normal and perfect after that... nothing too slow or jerky. They just had the default as too slow is all.

After forcing Vsynch I thought the game ran perfectly and looked quite decent for how old it is.

Default is 3, maybe I'll go up too. What mouse are you using? (sorry to keep you up!)

Haha! I just gave up on that guy. It's more precise than the MX518 to be sure, but my hand cramps up after awhile due to the larger hump. :( Here's to hoping Logitech will put the MX Revolution's Wheel in the MX518's body, keep the button layout, and add the newer infrared sensor employed in the superior DeathAdder.

Heh... I really don't pay too much attention, I just asked for some mouse suggestions a while back and the death adder was what I got the most. I'm a little too casual usually to put too much research into it.

Lately I've been playing games a lot more though... the benefit/curse of being single I guess.

wow the xbox version looks so much better :P

I dont remember ever playing halo, my wife says she saw me play it and I said it was the most fun game I ever played...

I think she has me mixed up with sombody else, that or it was at a party and I had 20 too many.

Just like shadowrun, I'll probably not mind having this title once the price drops to the 20$ catagory :P

Those screens look about right... Even though the game is old and has some ugly textures... wait... UGLY textures... it still manages to look quite impressive from time to time due to awesome art design and scope as well as some really impressive use of "bump mapping," the technical aspects of which I could not describe.

I beat the game already, which means I enjoyed since it usually takes me a lot longer than that to beat an FPS. It wasn't some amazing divine experience like an Xbox user would describe but it was certainly a "good" FPS with a kickin' cinematic storyline and some cool battles.
