I get weird lag sometimes with eyefinity. It isn't low fps related as game runs over 30 fps. When I start go over 40 fps the game starts to lag eg when looking at the sky (break 50fps).
Is anyone else having this?
Another thing
I wonder is it possible to remove dialogue lines in game but not in dialogue. Because it's kinda annoying when they enlarged.

Snow, are you running Flawless as Administrator? You must run it as admin otherwise it will do nothing.

I've just tried running in Administrator, no luck. Same as before.

Hi!
Whenever I load certain savegames (almost all chapter two saves) TW2 crashes back to desktop. All former savegames worked just fine and in general I don't have any issues except these C2Ds. When Flawless is disabled or not started, it works fine and loads regulary.
Anyone else noticed something similar? What could be the problem? Config is Win7, 5870 with 11.5CAT.
/Appearantly its some randome issue with the game itself. I tried it again today but this time I loaded an earlier working savegame and from there on I loaded the ones I couldn't before. That worked.
Thanks a lot for the tool btw.

Could you add manual selection of the resolution as an option? SoftTH seems to break your detection algorithm. In window mode (on two screens since the third is on another graphicscard) it works ok, but triplewide using SoftTh results in black bars all along.

I doubt that very much - are you sure your not just looking at the resolution when you have it minimized? (it's minimized, of course the window size will be wrong)
I imagine there is some other reason why it is not working for you.

But thats what i get:
2DP windowed without SoftTH:
2DP fullscreen with SoftTH:
I had to use snippingtool since print button etc. wouldn`t work. Normaly the center screen would show something too, but you can allready see on the little right part that the aspect isn´t fixed.

I've noticed a wierd in-game behavior using your tool today. I have 1.1 retail version of game and while the black bars are gone, there's this thing with enviroment shadows moving all over the place while I'm running around or simply when rotating camera. It only happens if I turn your tool on with vertical black bars removed.
I know I'm not the only one who encountered this problem as some guy posted exact same findings in gog forums, he was also using your tool.
I'm runing a game on 5:4 monitor, 1280x1024.
Is there any way to fix this unwanted side effect?
P.S. Thank you for this wonderfull utility, the bars were simply gamebreaking for me but so are those fast moving shadows since I've noticed them.

Hi everyone,
For me, the results are better if I enable the hack/tool AFTER I start the game....
Try it..might work better for you too;))

On that note, I found something interesting (again). Running the tool after the game starts, the detected resolution tells me it's 5046304x7602277.
Also, ever since the Steam client update, Flawless will now cause the game to crash when I load my save. Before, it was simply not working.

You should not see this Fix Disabled behaviour stated above - and the reason for the huge int vales is the fact they are uninitilised/nothing has been assigned to them, its not entering the code block it should be entering.

Hi HaYDeN,
Your 1.0.5 version of the tool has several new advanced options I don't see. Is this new?
I currently have the 1.1 steam game and your latest posted 1.0.5 Flawless tool.
Your earlier version and the 1.0 steam game allowed me to play super-wide (6048x1200) in windowed mode.
But now I seem unable to run in super-widescreen.
Every time I start Witcher 2, regardless of your tool's settings, the game always starts up as 1920x1200.
And the Flawless Widescreen tool seems to have no effect - no matter what is checked.
Do you have any idea what might be wrong?? ...this used to work for me.
Any help is most appreciated.
Thanks.

Program doesn't work with the 1.1 Steam version. (Yes I'm running as admin).
The black bars still remain.

hmm still cant get this working even when running as admin on the flawless.exe and the witcher2.exe off steam.
any suggestions guys? the app detects the game and res, but doesnt get rid of the bars when enabling the fix
if i pre run the fix with it ENABLED, the game crashes past the intro screen back to desktop... weird!

Yeah me too...also fixing the damn 3D Vision bug...(which is not nvidia fault...but rather their fault for using incorrect APIs)
Also please don't remove the nVidia workaround from the tool^_^ thx

O RLY?
So what was it like working with NVIDIA? How did the company assist you in development?
Bartłomiej Wroński: Well, we [got] lots of help from NVIDIA engineers. They helped us, for example, to implement NVIDIA 3D Vision and it looks really nice in our game. They have helped us develop NVIDIA Surround and they provided lots of technical help, for example, for optimization for NVIDIA cards to make the game run very nice on new GeForce cards to make it fully scalable in SLI and also they provided us with cool equipment like 3D monitors and 3D glasses.
