After digging around on Google and asking people for information on how to create a hotkey, I came to the conclusion that Windows is retarded in that aspect. :)
I think I may just make the enable/disable key something simple that everyone has.
Like... Control + Shift + P
Everyone has a P key, right?
This way it won't interfere with any game keys and everyone has access to it.

Dersonally I have a real droblem with using the D key, my D key is missing and I am stuck using D. I think a drogrammer of your derspicuity would but more thought into what dutton to dush than the desky and droblematic D! Use the dound sign FTW

All you yanks have the dound sign, don't you?

Lucky for you, I at least got a single-key implementation working. I tried added in support for the control, shift, and alt key, but for some reason the only way to use them was to press all of them at the same time; this is not ideal. :)
So for now you can easily set a single key.
Things left todo:

Finish up the API[/*:m]

Finish porting all of the game code over[/*:m]

Submit it to EvenBalance, EA, Activision[/*:m]

Create a new website for it[/*:m]

Document the API[/*:m]

Make control, shift, and alt work for the hotkey[/*:m]

Make the game icons show up in the combobox[/*:m]

What else?[/*:m][/list:u]

Hotkey setting does not seem to work, it's always Asterisk no matter what I save (tried p, Insert, NumPad Divide).

Yeah, I said before when I uploaded that file that it wasn't working there yet.
It's working in the one I have on my harddrive, though.

Did you:
a) modify your player stats?
b) ever use the console mod?
c) exploit the semtex/javelin glitch?
d) use any other hack/mod?

I don't know. When I get a chance, I'll test my own account, since I've been using it on mine.

Any news on the possible 'ban'?

I've been using my account just fine. I have no ban. Anyone else playing MP that uses this have anything to say?
It may be a case of him getting banned for some other reason.

Added with this update:

It now uses .NET Framework 3.5, so you don't have to mess with the 4.0 beta.[/*:m]

Added Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 MP DLL[/*:m]

The Combobox now displays the games' icons[/*:m]

Hotkey setting works (If you change the hotkey while a game is running, it's going to enable/disable the fix since it picks up that keystroke)[/*:m]

Changed the update check to spawn a thread, this speeds up the start time since it checks for an update in the background[/*:m][/list:u]
I still need to get the ctrl, shift, alt hotkey combo working right.
Version checking is somewhat complete. Right now it only checks if the main application has been updated. I'm going to implement a way that it checks each individual loaded plugin to see if there is a new version.
Is there any other option, setting, feature that has a place? Also, how well does the application scale or look on various Windows version like XP or Vista? What about if you use a larger titlebar font? (this messes up the current WSF)
I did play one round of MW2 with this fix enabled and nothing bad happened, but still be warned to use at your own risk.

The display is awesome in Win7, I found that the old version cut off and you can't stretch the box; see below (and not just the WSF, other similar things do it). So I haven't gamed with the BETA but the GUI is great for me

Weird, I never had any weird rendering issues like that with the old one, but I know other people did.
Here's what the new one looks like for me:

Icons ! Hotkey ! Woohoo ! :D
Here's a titlebar size of 50 in XP...
And here's a 150% text size in 7 with Aero and Basic themes :|

That's interesting with the minimize/close button the with basic theme. Do all exhibit that button overlap like that? I don't imagine it to be much of a problem, though.
I'm glad it looks good with all the various Windows theming. :D
Thanks for the shots.
I think with a complete rewrite, a new application icon is needed. Since I'm going to be setting up a new webpage for it, I might as well give it all a touchup.

Yeah, I think it's an issue with the text size setting in Basic themes, but don't quote me on that. Maybe you have to adjust text size differently in Basic themes than in Aero, couldn't find anything else though.
Any ideas for the new icon ? :P I like the current one, but the central stripe and right side get really dark when it's minimized i.e on the title bar, so it loses some of its mirror/panel likeness.
Oh, and I like it when 3x 16:10 reads "3x 16:10 (Wide Surround)"...
