Just got hold of the 1.1 GOG files, and strangely enough, they are identical to my Western European 1.1 retail disk version patch.

The version number should be changed with the GOG 1.1 update but the size is about the same.

All 3 version are different and are not compatible with each others respective fix.

Kind of a pain in the ass. (ouch)

I have them now, another 15-20 mins.

Hmm, I have just tried the updated tool. First with my retail 1.1 files and after that, with the 1.1 gog files. It doesn't work!

The tool is detecting the game running and correct resolution, but the black bars stay, and the inventory doesn't strecth.

I cant seem to get latest to work with Matrox Triplehead2go and Latest Flawless(Thanks HaYDeN). Running the gog v1.1 and still have the pillarbox on sides(center screen only). It is detected by Flawless and shows the correct res. Any ideas? Had it working with the pre-patched version and previous Flawless.

Running via the Launcher this time?

I have tried to run from both launcher.exe and witcher2.exe (retail & gog) in admin mode. But it doesn't work.
On top of that, I have experienced the occasional crash when launching the game, and sometimes when I hit escape when controlling Geralt, the game doesn't go to the main menu, it just quits to desktop.

I don't know about the gog files I sent you, but I can vouch for the retail files I gave you, as they are from my own Uncensored English Collector's edition (Disk based). The gog, I got from a guy on the GOG forums.

It appears replacing the steam base files with the GOG/Retail EXE/paul/launcher no longer generates the same result, something is now different between the steam base files and the retail/gog base files post update.

Dreading having taken this on now TBH... check back later, I'll need to acquire the ISO.

I see. That's unfortunate. But thank you for doing a stand up job. :)

HaYDeN, the .exe and paul.dll I sent you, are from the 1.1 International_Patch applied to the Retail English version purchased in the US.

The GoG files I sent you are geniune...from my GoG version (after 1.1 patch was applied). However even for me the tool doesn't work. In cutscenes I get the image only on the middle monitor.
