This game is really big fun, good ole BFME gameplay with some extras, like fortress building.
You can also decide yourself where to build structures instead of on predefined spots.

Unfortunatly my rig has serious problems with handeling really big armies.
I think i should lower some of the graphic settings. :(

Ugh... that's lame. No wonder I always felt that the camera was zoomed in way too close. :(

I liked this demo but I was a little miffed at the fact that it installed Starforce on my puter.

Luckily the Starforce didn't seem to screw with any of my drives. BUT...when I went to uninstall the demo it left all the Starforce crap still on my machine! Talk about a lazy uninstaller...

If you want to get the starforce off your machine here's a link to a starforce uninstaller program...works for XP but not for win64.

My mobo. So that gives me a good excuse to upgrade. :D
Replacement is going to be a Asus A8R Crossfire mobo with a 4400+ X2. :P

Actually, the mobo and processor are allready delivered at the online shop i ordered from.
But i also need a cable to make the cpu power cable a little longer, and that stupid cable is the reason i have to wait till 3-3-2006 before i get the stuff.

Can I ask why you chose the x2 4400+?

I'm building a new rig now, I was going to go dual core with an Opteron 170 (and try to clock it as FX 60 hehe)... but the site I was shopping on sold out while I was shopping... the x2 4400 seemed like the next logical replacement, but then I concerned how much will dual core improve my performance versus the 4000+ sandy... since the only time the dual core would be faster for me would be while I was modelling (3ds, Photoshop at once) and when I was gaming I didn't anticipate running anything intensive background, the Sandy seemed like a much better choice benchmark wise and it's letting me spend another US$150 elsewhere in the system.

Of course there's always a possibilty new games are going to finally utilize multi-core systems (especially in the 360/PS3 console era) ... I just want a second (or third, fourth, fifth) opinion on this. ;)
