FS2004 Re-sizing Fixed Window Outside Views TH2GO

I'm running FS2004 on 3 screens with TH2GO. It all works well except when it comes to being able to re-size the outside view on fixed window instrument panels.

As an example there are planes that have a VFR and IFR panel. The VFR panel is the default main panel while the IFR panel is a front facing fixed window. With the main panel I can re-size the panel and the outside view to both fit in the center screen. That leaves the 2 outside screens available for the FMC, overhead panel, radio stack, etc. Then I switch to the IFR panel (fixed window) and can re-size the panel itself but the outside view is stretched across all 3 screens and can't be re-sized. I've tried to manipulate the panel.cfg file as much as I know how and still can't re-size the outside view.

Has anyone been able to overcome this obstacle?
