3D Vision Surround naming?

IMHO, the name gives it a bit of an identity crisis. Anyone else think it's a bad idea to confuse matters by mixing up 3D Vision with association with the Surround capability? Why aren't they just calling it SLI Mosaic mode?

"NVIDIA Surround" is the official name of the multi-display portion of the technology as per the VP of GPU with NVIDIA.

3D vision gets surround sound ... yippie!
However it is no where near as bad as Eye ... what is it called ... finnicky ?
