Display Port Cable

Ive seen them range from 10 to 40$. Is there any advantage in a "higher quality" cable? Should I consider length either?

My understanding is that length isn't as big a concern on DP cables, until you get to really long. Really, there shouldn't be any real difference between high end cables or cheap ones, either the signal gets there or it doesn't. I'd buy from monoprice and save some money.

Hell yes, Monoprice.

A quick look and i found a lot of conflicting numbers on DP length before you get signal lose or noise... But 10m was the shortest safe length I saw.
