Tell us of your email answer, GA.

I cun't see or find ANY info or options for shipping to Canada. Lame. dell.ca doens't list a sale.

Care to take pity on me, Dope?

Still waiting on a response from a real person.

Huh. So Canada isn't even an option anywhere in the checkout process? Jeez. Extra fail on Dell's part.

Great, my Paypal account still lists the payment as pending.

[quote]I'm worried the key may be locked to just N.America or something, if I can find out one way or the other then I'll take you up on that dopefish and donate it and a bit extra through your site.

Even though I disliked the demo and think it's not all that different/improved ... I guess 20quid is fair enough considering how much they want for MW2.

I'm not quite sure how it would work to be honest.
I could use the key to create a new Steam account with just L4D2 on it. It would be registered from within North America. Then I could just provide you the login details. It's probably safest that way.

Even talking about it sounds like too much hassle.

I'll just wait the (probably) 2 weeks until its 50% off in a weekend sale ...

Don't hold your breath. First 50% off weekend for L4D was in February of this year. You might be able to score a discount during the year-end sale.

Too late for this deal, but for anyone interested, I asked Valve about sending US copies of L4D2 to people in Canada or the UK. Here's the response:
Thank you for contacting Steam Support. Sending a US version to Canada and the UK should work fine. Territory restrictions are noted on the packaging of the game. Note: Purchases made directly through Steam are not restricted by territory. If you have any further questions, please let us know - we will be happy to assist you.

I'm too cheap to pay full price for it, but if anyone wants to pitch into a 4-pack, I'll do that. I was hoping they'd ahve a L4D bumdle by now, but no.

If you liked Left 4 Dead the second one, or massive expansion if you want to call it that, is really worth every penny. You missed some chances to get it for $30-ish already, but I am sure another is coming at Christmas.

Hmmm... not bad.

Could i bother you to take my money for a copy and PM me the serial? Finding a copy should be easy enough. Or i guess downloadng it through Steam would work, too.

For those still deciding I will say that the final product is far more impressive than the weakling demo Valve released. Talk about underselling a product...
