Dead Space 2 works with Nvidia Surround
Hi Guys,
I am just letting everyone know hat Dead Space 2 works at 5860x1080. Only issues I have noticed are that the menus get a little transparent at this resolution and the cut-scenes have a letterbox effect. However, game play is perfect.

Sweet thanks for the early update. Going to pick up my copy this afternoon. I was hoping it was like the first game and works really well with Nvidia Surround and Eyefinity . Good to know!

Running at a lower resolution, me being at a 4320 X 900 resolution, the menu screen sometimes transparent but other times visible

My menu goes transparent as well. Other than that it's good @ 5960 x 1200...

2 questions, anyone know a fix for the transparent tiny menus?
How do you take a screenshot in this game?
Edit:
Ok figured that out, use FRAPS to take screenshot.
One thing I noticed with FRAPS running... I get anywhere from 89-130 FPS however there are some sections of the game with annoying flashing lights, strobing lights, whatever... and without Vertical Sync on it makes horizontal lines all over the screen when they're flashing.
So if you enable vertical sync in the game menu... of course the lines go away and everything looks fluid, however THEN the FPS is locked at 30?
You look around and move around and you can see the 30FPS sponginess.... what the hell is that? Why 30? All my monitors are identical and all of them are 60fps.
Edit:
Ok, did some searching and you have to disable Vert Sync in-game and then use the Global Vert Sync in the Nvidia control panel (as there is no Dead Space 2 profile) and then you get 60fps capped in game which is smooth and fluid.
So any ideas on the menus?
