Tripple screen solution - 2 ratios

Hello all,

I am looking for a software/hardware solution which supports triple screen gaming with 2 different ratios.
This is my screen situation:

Ive tried several software applications like SoftTH, UltraMon and DisplayFusion but nothing seems to work.

I hope that you guys can help me

Extra: if possible it has to be compatible with Bad Company 2 :P
