Team Fortress 2 Jarate Effect

I just got my nVidia Surround setup consisting of 2 GTX470s in SLI with 3 Asus VW246H monitors. When I set it to surround whenever I get hit with Jarate everything becomes all pixelated. Also when looking through the sniper scope I get a similar effect. However, if I am playing without surround I don't get this issue. I tried changing the Anti Aliasing but that did nothing. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this?
