-PRINCE OF PERSIA: WARRIOR WITHIN-
Hi, I've read in other thread that 16:9 widescreen is supported by this game. But why it doesn't included in WSGF certified game?
And actually, I can't get widescreen for this game, do you know how to make this game 16:9 widescreen? In other thread the solution is for 16:10 widescreen, how to make it 16:9 widescreen?
Thanks.

You need UniWS for these games I think...
Yes, a quick search shows that to be the case.

Hi StingingVelvet, hmm.., I have uniws, but does it support 16:9 1600x900 resolution?
From other thread I've read that it support 16:10 only? or not?

UniWS gives me 1080p in Knights of the Old Republic, so it definately suppors 16:9. Whether it supports 1600x900 specifically, I do not know.
I don't have warrior within installed right now to test for you, but I can set Steam to download it and see what I can see if you'd like.

UniWS supports any resolution you can type in. Whether a not a specific game will run at the entered resolution depends on the game. However, Warrior Within should run at 16:9 resolutions ok apart from the fact that it will be vertically cut off a little (vert-), but the camera is far enough out by default that it doesn't hurt the experience too much. I ran both it and Sands of Time at 1920x1080 without issue.
The game is not Certified...[rant] because the creator(s) of the grading system has a stick up his rear and developed it in such that it wouldn't be intelligible to casual visitors :P [/rant]. Actually, to be serious, it's not Certified because Certified means it supports widescreen properly out of the box. If you have to make tweaks or run mods to get the game running in widescreen, they don't consider it Certified.
I have, in the past, argued for a simple 3 level subjective rating to indicate whether or not a game can be acceptably played in widescreen, but it never got past the stick
