Dollar might be weak. Pound is also weak. We're back at 1997 £:$ exchange rates, no matter what Gordon Brown would like us to think. It's just a pity most Brits seem too damned dumb to actually go look stuff up like that.

In France the problem is that Customs can tax the product heavily + shipping, so it's often not worth it
