Hello everyone, I got this box from Amazon finally working, except there is a small problem.... pls check out my video... describes and demos my problem:

As seen in the vid, I think I need to replace the cable; I can't imagine how something like that could even break. I suppose I could send the whole unit back to Amazon, BUT might just be easier for me to buy another cable.
Will the standard 10-30 USD cable work? The resolution on those is only 2,000 X 1580, or something simular, but appears to be short of the 5,000+ needed for combination of 3 monitors.
Or am I missing something?

I believe the red light is from the USB power cable. I don't think it's indicative of the DVI signal cable.

just letting everyone know, I exchanged the entire unit, and my replacement works great!
