how to pick center monitor for single monitor gaming?

Lo.
i have nvidia surround setup on 3 1920x1200 monitors running at 6090x1200.
If i play a a game which on ly supports a single display such as starcraft 2, it is displayed on the right hand monitor.
is there a way of setting it so it uses the center monitor without having to disable surround as its a pain to have to set it back up everytime?

Itll display on the central monitor if you set it to be n. 1 when connecting the cables to the GPUs, like this:

I'm sure that was the way i connected them, but i'll double check
