Custom 3840 x 800 resolution?

Hi,

I have created a 5040 x 1050 resolution by following elior77's excellent post. Thanks very much for that. Unfortunately I have been unable to get Flight Simulator X to run reliably at 5040 x 1050 with Windows 7, GTX 480 and TH2GO, despite others reporting success with the same. I've tried all the drivers without success.

I'd like to try 3840 x 800 but that's not one of the available resolutions. Is anybody able to provide the correct numbers (front porch, sync width, total pixels) for a starting point to create a custom 3840 x 800 resolution?
