I do, and I am having a blast! :)
I reckon the demo gives an accurate representation of the full product. You get more aircraft, more weapon loadouts, a number of locations to fly and fight over, and different mission types (e.g. escort, defend, find and destroy radar stations, etc.). The storyline is redundant in my opinion but the flying and fighting is plenty of fun, even on a keyboard. The elite difficulty is much more satisfying than the other modes as you can suffer some serious damage and so you must try harder to dodge those sams.
I am currently on the 8th or 10th mission and so far there has been enough diversity to keep me interested and wanting more. much more :)
I haven't tried the multiplayer yet so I cannot comment on it.
If you have any specific questions about the full game fire away!
