It works fine for me. Please dont use any crack will patch the nfs.exe file. I use the crack by overwrite the paul.dll file. If you need,i will send it to you. I think patch file is the reason. I am using Windows XP SP2 now. With 9800GT card and Sony Bravia 32inch 1360x768, it work like a charm. Thanks Csokis for the UniPatch.

One more question, can I use the UniPatch with another game,for ex. Tiberium Wars. And how is the value to set it? The same with this instruction???

thanks it works for me at 1280x800 once, however, once i've chosen other res such as 640x480 again, the 1024x768 option has just been vanished, how come? and that's why i can't play undercover at 1280x800 now....any suggestions?

Copy the UniPatcher.exe in the game's main directory, execute it from there and fill in the boxes exactly as seen in the picture below. As for the last option (the resolution) choose the one you would like to play the game in. Yes, both! Important!!! Run registry, and

reviving an old topic.

I got need for speed most wanted and need for speed undercover.

looks like most wanted wont even install on vista 64 but atleast I knew it worked in surround.

Now I have undercover installed and it runs but the aspect is all messed up and I cant seem to find any solid leads on how to get 5760x1200 working in surround with the right FOV.

I can choose 1920x1200 in game but it is really messed up and cant go higher than that for surround res.

Seem to have other issues too, car pulls to the right and down arrow wont work in menus...

I've used nfs:mw under xp 32 and x64 as well as vista 32 and 64 without issue other than the constant random crashes of it being pos in the quality assurance department (aka: EA).

it seems any 64 bit OS will pose a problem I found this a while back when searching for it (don't remember where it came from though)

If you're only getting the directx 9.0c error which halts the installation process at the EULA, you can:

   

   1. Copy disk 1 to a 2nd hdd other than C.

   

   2. Edit autorun.cfg in the autorun folder of the copied contents of disk 1 on your hard drive. You can use notepad to edit the file. The only edits you need to make are:

   

   DirectXVersion=0

   StartMenuDXEULA=0

   

   3. Save the file and installation runs without a hitch!

any folder will do unless you absolutely want to use the autorun capabilities ...

This patch doenst work on my Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits,ATI Radeon 6630m 1GB 128bits ,why?
And after all this patch broke all the cutscenes from Undercover,Hot Pursuit and the last one Need for Speed The Run,help me pleases,is there some program to fix this bug that UniPacther has did?
