Whatever happened to ATI Surroundview ATI announced it a while back, anybody remember this?

I was hoping to get my game on with 3x24 inch monitors at native resolution so ATI Surroundview sounds like my only option but information on it seems to be hard to come by.

Anybody have any experience with ATI Surroundview of any ideas about what to do in this situation?

If you read the ad it says exceptional performance to a single display. Then under multiple monitor support it clearly shows up to 8 displays with 4 vga cards, all with the same desktop image. Every modern GFX card has two video outs. No different here. You just imagined that is would work as surround gaming. The ad mentions none of this.
