Almost all of my game time is spent online; lately on COD4.
Anyone running TH2GO and COD4 Multiplayer?

I'm concerned about whether PunkBuster detects the resolution as a 'hack' and kicks when detected. As much as I want to play in triple I'd hold if I can't play COD4 online with the TH2GO.

If you scroll down a bit you will see the six page CoD4 in TH thread, at the moment PB is kicking you if you use Dopefish's excellent widescreen fixer. You can obviously use the WSF for SP (and it is awesome) but unless punkbuster changes something or DF issues an update to the WSF you are stuck single screen gamin I am afraid :(

Or you could just play on servers that dont use punkbuster...

I did read that thread (but thanks for the link); last post on it was on the 9th from Dopefish inquiring further on the previous post. No update yet.

FortunatelyUnfortunately I primarily play on Punkbuster [STEAM] servers. I play enough with a certain group that I'll hold off on Triplehead until there's a solution that doesn't disgruntle PB.

Yeah you def get PB'd. I get PB'd within 30 seconds no matter what version I use. I doubt we'll see a new one from DF which is a real pity, thats why I kept my 24", for games like CoD4 and BF :)

ROFL!
I thought you had just moved on to new projects, not seeing an update for a while! Sorry, oh great master of the WSF, for my lack of faith. I will play CoD4 at 800x600 resolution for 3 hours as a penance!

Nah. I've just been re-doing some of my system and getting things back together. I've been splitting up my development environments and just getting things working better. There are definitely new projects, but this one is far from dead.

Real shame about the UT3 situation. Man I wish epic would fix the FOV limit.
