For SLI users: there's no SLI profiles for TmNationsForever/TmUnitedForever in official forceware drivers as of now, so you have to add these manually.

In NvCP, create a profile for TmForever.exe and select SLI mode Force AFR2. (Make sure AA mode, Vsync etc. are App-controlled, so that the drivers don't override them.) This should give your framerate a nice though moderate boost :)
