RON WS support with Vista?

I can't find the rise.ini files anywhere on my system... I haven't a clue why this is, or what to do about it. Anyone else have this issue?

Have you checked in C:UsersYourUserNameAppData etc.?

Yes I have, and I even did a search for it and the system finds nothing. HOw the hell is it keeping track of my changes in the options menu then...
