Surround Question

Post by wolf39us »

ok so I have been looking around the forums and I have been searching for the BEST monitors to buy for a triple screen setup..

currently I have a BenQ fp222w 22" monitor...the only issue I see with buying another one...is that the bezel is 7/8 of an inch...this is a HUGE gap...I'm not even quite sure if I want 3 22inchers because of the pixel limit...and I've seen my screen in the smaller resolution and YUCK... (I did see what some people did with dual input monitors...very nice lol)

anyways ...when I was looking at 19inchers...I notice the NEC 1990fxp seemed to have one of the slimmest bezels...however this monitor is up there around 400 plus dollars...which is quite much..

any other recommendations ...I want the slimmest bezel I can find ...the NEC had a 6.9 mm bezel ...are there any others with a bezel that small for a good price

what about 22 inchers????

Thanks !

My personal preference has always been Samsungs. They've been designing for small bezels for awhile now.

woah!!! That is an amazing bezel size.

Can you do me a favour and measure the total gap between the 2 monitors? I would like to compare that to my Dells.

But from the picture, it looks a lot smaller.

yeah, the data given on the internet is correct. the bezels are exactly 6.85mm narrow, so the gap is about 13.7-13.8mm. that converts to 0.54 inch.

check out the NEC MultiSync LCD195VXM+.
its bezels are wider but still very slim compared to some other monitors.
