Sega Rally

Based on the Auto Bild demo, it looks like Hor+
I include 3 screenshots. The first is 4:3, the second is 16:9 and the third is 16:10.
The 4:3 is at 1600x1200
The 16:9 is at 1920x1080
The 16:10 is at 1920x1200

I have only spent a couple of min to check them but they look like proper widescreen to me.

Now that you mention it, the 16:9 seems to have a very small ver-. Very small.

The 4:3 and 16:10 appear the same in ver size to my eyes.

Yeah i've been playing it and i think it's competlely hor+ as well. I think in BlueMak's screenshots, the shadows and tops of the trees that make you think it's vert- sway slightly hence casting a different shadow.

I have the TH2go and i'm running Sega rally in 3840*1024.

But i don't know how to increase FOV cause the game is so flat in surround gaming:

I just bought and installed Sega Rally but the Launcher program crashes so I couldn't make changes to my options so my first run was at 640x480 :-( . I found an option file 'config.ini' online and now I can change most of the graphic settings but I don't know how to set the aspect ratio.

My monitor a Samsung 226BW has only one widescreen res, it's native 1680x1050 res and that's too high for the game to run with any of the graphic goodies turned on so I'm running at 1280x1024.

Any one got a setting string for aspect ratio?

Oh thanks, I didn't know that. Unfortunately WSF doesn't detect my v4.070 and a 4.060 crack doesn't help. So I don't suppose your hack would have worked with my version of the game, either.

Oh, was there a new version of SEGA Rally? I wasn't aware since I haven't played the game in a long time.

When I get a chance I'll reinstall the game and update Widescreen Fixer for it.

That's the build I got from GetGamesGo.com, but it seems there's no standalone patch v4.070...
