Glad they helped guys ... took hours to do ... :lol:
Still wish I could solve that nagging ironsights issue when switching to the Colt ...
Lets hope the full game isn't such a problem ...

Did you try the configs in the demo ... if so ... were they good for you ?

OK ... if you rename the MOHADemo.exe to MOHA.exe it then uses the nVidia profile for the game and the fps go up quite a bit ... 8)

Screenshots with frame rates to compare with those above ...




what do u mean by the profile..? how does it increase fps..?

In the nVidia settings config there are profiles for games ... nVidia's optimized settings for various games.
By renaming the demo in this way it uses the retail game profile ... there isn't a profile for the demo.

if so.. i think all it does is that it allows the user to set customized 3d settings for each game.. rather than optimizing anything...

This setting is what makes the difference ... you of course need SLi ... sorry I didn't make that clear.

So I got it running, my framerate was stable around 30 with everything maxed.. 28-35.

A few things I noticed, first sometimes the screen goes nuts and flickers like mad when zoomed in with the Thomson.

Also anyone else get a weird almost flicker like like the mouse is being shaken just a tiny bit? I can't describe what it is, I know it's not bad framerate because FRAPS says 30... I definitely did not notice that w/o Triplehead.

PS: This test was done on the FULL version of the game, not the demo.

First Mission is the one in the Demo.
Unlike the Demo, if you die you don't have to re-earn all your ranks with your guns, you keep them (Didn't have much time to see if they carry over from mission to mission).

The game is pretty cool, hope we can get the TH2G working flawlessly soon, and especially online (doubtful, but maybe if we can play on non PB servers with friends that would be cool).

About the flicker, it's not constant.. kind of comes and goes. You'll notice it real bad when you are parachuting down and trying to turn. Now that I think about it.. it might be a bit of framerate (I'll recheck) cause the blur effects when turning take their toll. I'll look more into it tonight when I'm back from work. Oh let me just say, cause I guess I didn't in my last post. Thank you very much for this.. I know it took a lot of work to do.. YOU RULE!

I now have the full game ... I have used my configs from the demo and all seems (for me) to be as with the demo.
I only get the problems I outlined earlier ...

The first is when switching in Ironsights to the Colt ... the view gets a bit mixed up (flickering) ... the way around this is to not switch to the Colt whilst in Ironsights ... :D
This may also happen when switching to other weapons but I'm not too far into the game but at the moment I can't reproduce it with switching to any other weapon.

The second is after using a mounted weapon the FOV does not switch back to the correct FOV until I run/sprint ... it is no big deal imho ... sprint you fool sprint ! ... :lol:

There may be weapons in the full game that were not in the demo ... I'll check the configs to see if there are and try to adjust them for a better FOV too.

@ URFIR3D ...
I don't get the flickering at all when parachuting down and trying to turn ... only when switching in ironsights to the Colt.
Try turning off the blur see if you still get it.
