I've just tested "Jack Keane". It works fine in 1344x576 with correct aspect ratio!

1) 16:9 with top-bottom black bars so you can stretch the picture vertical on your projector and then stretch it horizontal with an anamorphic lens (reduced resolution)
or
2) 16:9 resolution with 21:9 aspect ratio that only needs to be stretched horizontal with an anamorhic lens (preferred)

Reading through that I see the word stretch a lot. Doesn't stretching the image contradict the very purpose of widescreen?

If I understand the setup correctly it's stretching an image that becomes the correct fov/aspect once it's stretched, sort of like anamorphic dvd's.

e.g.:

image from pc before lens = squished horizontally
image after lens = correct aspect.

in the 2nd option that'd work fine I think, just have to figure out how to output the right size/fov image from the pc.

@ MobsterOO7 ...

From the profile page ...

Use this block of text to display your system specs. There is a 512 character limit. Please no images.

Please keep the text (colored text is fine) between sizes 9 and 11 (using BB Code). Run your specs horizontally (rather than vertically), and limit to four lines at normal forum width.

Please change yours as the text size is too large.

Thank you ... 8)
