Fallout 3 text issue TH2G

Hey guys, Im having an issue with fallout 3 and was wondering if anyone had an idea.

Ill go over my system briefly

IntelC2D 3.0ghz
Nvidia GTX295
4GB DDR2 Ram
3x22" Acer Monitors
Matrox TH2G (latest software)

Fresh install of Windows 7
Fresh install of Fallout 3 Patched to 1.4

Ive looked a couple "solutions" on the forums here but they dont seem to help.

This is the one in particular. I followed the instructions to the letter.

Here are a couple of screenshots to show what Im talking about.
It effects the text on Terminals, and on the Pipboy, nothing else.





If I switch it to a standard resolution (say 1680x1050 for example) it works perfectly.

Any help will be appreciated.
