Start up the tool before you go into the game ... set it to ... 0.333
In game the Aspect Ratio needs to be set to 16:9 or Auto ...
Press the Number Pad * key to Enable the fix ...
Press the Number Pad / key to disable the fix ...
In game you can increase or decrease the Aspect Ratio with he Number Pad + and - keys although the setting of 0.333 should be about right.

Important : Use a no-CD fixed exe from GameCopyWorld ...
If you don't ... it doesn't work in the menu and it flicks between the correct and incorrect FOV.

Screenshots ... not many as I haven't gotten too far into the game yet ...

Paddy you (and Racer of course) are so fast this time with a solution that I do not have to ask for a TR A SG fix (today) :)

How it the performance anyway (compared to TR L )?

Can NExt gen graphics (PS 3.0) can be enabeld ?

There is no next gen option in the game and so the frame rates are very good ... 8)
The game is great ... and the lack of net gen doesn't bother me as it in my opinion was over rated and a bit buggy.

my experinence was that the next gen option took TR L to a new level of graphics and I played it at SH with nextgen on.

Good that at TR: A there is now choice.

Looks like Racer_S’s patch does not work with demo version of Tomb Raider - Anniversary :(

good that in TR A there is no choice (between "old style" and next gen) :)

So I will just play it and it will definitely perform good even at high res.
