benefits of TH2G when...

If you already have two videocards connected to >3 monitors, and you don't have SLI, what are the benefits of using a TripleHead2Go -- does it simply make it easier to set up 3 monitors in games when Windows considers them one monitor instead of 3?

Mainly you physically can't game using two cards (not in SLI) and 3 monitors, and have it be a game across all 3. There's software out there to do it.....but it makes everything MUCH slower.

Yea softth can do it but it does kill performance because software is doing it.

I had such a setup before I got the TH2Go, although with a 6600GT. The difference is like day and night using the TH2Go, full screen gaming was impossible before, games stuttered with 0.5 to 1 fps... also Google Earth.

Video memory size and lots of system RAM is also important from my experience. Why I run Google Earth for some time, it eats up all my 2GB DDR2 and fills the swap file with another 2GB ...
