1920 x 1200 wont show up in the resolution selection drop down. The game will just start in that res.
You can check if it's running in the right resolution by making a screendump while playing the game.
If you then past that in a graphics editing program like Photoshop or Paint for that matter and the screendump is 1920 x 1200 pixels the game is running in the right res.
