Halo 16:10 FOV Value?

Ok, I have a 16:10 monitor @ 1680x1050. I don't know what the FOV degrees value should be for 16:10 on Halo, using the FOV hack. I searched everywhere on the forums, but I've only found people talking about setting the FOV degrees for 16:9 monitors. I'm pretty sure Halo's default FOV is at 70.

What should the FOV degrees be at for a 16:10 monitor?

Just set it to 80. The difference between 80.00 and 80.08 are negligible.

I guess he means that he doesn't know how to change it at all. My guess is you should be able to do it with the slider. :wink:

I could set it down to .80 but that's lower then halo's default fov

Ascii ... I don't think the FOV the guys are talking about will work in the FOV hack tool by Racer_S ... you just need to use the slider to get it to about right ...
I don't have the game any more so I can't investigate it for you.
