Black screen when launching games w/ DTH2GO

I recently bought the DTH2GO. When using windows, things seem fine. However when I launch my games that are previously set for 3840 x 1024 the screen just goes black. I can hear the game in the background, but a black screen is displayed across all three (as opposed to no signal sent to the screens) Is this a known issue?

I'm trying to run Nascar 2003 season, and Farcry for now. The exception to this is Flight Sim 2004, which worked fine.

I take it that this is not a common bug.

My 3D hardware SHOULD run at 3840 x 1024 since it does with FS9 and because Matrox says my card should work.
