Surround Solution: Sim City 4: Rush Hour

Hi,

here's how I did it.... went into Sim City and set it to "software render 1280x1024, then exited.

on desktop shortcut add " -intro:0ff -r3840x1024x32 -f" after .exe

I also turned the Matros powerdesk utility off (not sure if that made it work)

It would not work with "hardware render but did with software render"

Simcity 4 is one of my alltime favourite games so i would really like to see what it looks like in triplehead. :D

Strangly SC4 runs better on software mode than on hardware mode, atleast on my system that is. :)

hi,

i got now my digital th2g and wanted to play simcity 2004. I did everything as described and game is running fine in 3840*1024 res.

but when i am starting scrolling up and down ingame, I got graphic errors which makes it impossible to play. (scrolling left/right is fine) will try to make a picture today evening.

does somebody else had this problems already and maybe found a solution?

(graphiccard: 8800gts 640)
