So it seems that you cannot even stretch the game then guys?

Thanks for your response regarding this issue.

The game will only run at 640x480. No other resolution. Any stretching has to be performed by either your video card or your monitor, preferably by your video card.

What is your video card? If it's a Geforce something, I can give you a step-by-step tutorial. If it's a Radeon, all I can say is use Catalyst Control Center and if you need more detailed instructions, ask someone else.

First, make sure you have the latest Forceware drivers. You can get them from http://www.nvidia.com. Also, make sure you are using a DVI cable for your monitor.

Right click your desktop, and click "NVIDIA Control Panel."

Click on the Display icon.

Click "Change flat panel scaling."

Set it to "Use NVIDIA scaling with fixed-aspect ratio." This will cause all games that run at low resolutions to scale up to your native res, with black bars on the left and right to preserve aspect ratio. If you would rather have it fill the screen with the consequence of everything looking too short and fat, set it to "Use NVIDIA scaling."

Apply, and close everything.

Ok I have a desktop sony vaio V2-SERIES and it has a geforce 5700 128mb graphics card.

For some reason I cannot seem to find the 'Nvidia Control Panel' you are referring too?

When I right click it does not say give me an option to open the control panel?

The only cable I have to my cpu is the power cable (no other cables @ all).

Thanks

Lea

You need to download the latest drivers first.

If you have Windows XP or Windows 2000 click here to download the drivers.

Install the drivers and reboot your computer like it will tell you to do.

Once that is finished you'll see the control panel and you can follow his instructions.

I assume that by "cpu," you mean the PC. FYI, a "cpu" is just the processor, not the entire computer, and there is potential for confusion if you say "CPU" when you mean "PC." Anyway, how does your monitor connect to the PC?
And I concur with Nabil, your problem is probably that you don't have the latest drivers, which you should have.

Hey guys!

I should have been a little clearer, this is my PC:
http://www.pocket-lint.co.uk/review.php?reviewId=906

From what I have read my PC uses a Geforce Go card. I have already attempted to download the latest drivers, but i cannot apply them as Nvidia does not directly support them (I believe due to the design of my PC that is has a Laptop graphics card installed).

It seems I am unable to use the nvidia control panel.

Might be an exscuse to get a better PC .

Thanks

Lea
