Titan Quest WS

Post by ruslan74 »

Just got a 19" WS LCD last night and i proceeded to test the various games i had after consulting the great info on this forum.

Seeing there was no entry for Titan Quest I can add that this game has WS support.

After installed the WS LCD i went to the graphical properties and enabled the newly available res of 1440x900 ( widescreen ) within the game.

It definetly expands the visual area of the game and it isnt stretched at all.

So i can assume TQ has native support for WS. :)

Can you submit comparison screenshots that demonstrate the game is hor +? I like to see proof before being satisfied that a game is hor +, and I encourage others to think likewise. I realize that this is kind of bureaucratic, but it helps keep the MGL accurate, as even companies like Matrox can make assessment mistakes.

No problems, I'll take the screenshot tonight.

Hi!
just a little question:
is it possible in titan quest to have a smaller wide screen resolution?
ex: 1024x576 or 1280x720.
For me 1600x900 is so small to read small characters..

Thanx a lot!!!

I found out that you can specify custom resolutions for Titan Quest.

Find the "options.txt" located at:

"C:Documents and Settings*username*My DocumentsMy GamesTitan QuestSettings"

Just change the "resolution" value to whatever you want. On my HDTV, I didn't have 1280x720 available either, but I set it in the options.txt and it worked like a charm. I also tested lower than available resolutions as well. I tried 856x480 and it also worked and displayed the movies and the game correctly.
