Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties

im just bought this game ....

but when i try to play on my LG 194WT (1440x990), my pc suddenly goes to stanby mode....and i am sure this is because of resolution coz i can hear the game sound........

any external method to hack the game to wide screen resolution.....?

help...i dont wantna waste my money!!! :)


p/s: i am using ATI Radeon X1550 with latest Catalyst Manager/Driver install
