For Paddy - FOV Perspective and "Edge Stretching"

Post by skipclarke »

There have been a couple of conversations about people who think that TH2Go stretches the edges of the screen due to FOV distortion. I know that Paddy has posted some screen shots showing a game character at the center of the screen, and then at the edge, showing the stretch that is inherent in any game as objects move to the edge.

What is the phenomenon called, and do you remember any of the other posts? I can't find them.
