Call of Juarez The Cartel FOV changer?

Hey guys.
Call of Juarez The Cartel is the worst of the whole series but I think it's playable.
Well. I'm trying to change the FOV in this game by solution on PC Gaming Wiki but I can't see any changes in the gameplay. I tried different values 60, 90 and even 110.

In the original Call of Juarez and Bound in Blood there is the possibility change of FOV in easy way.
According to this solution is also easy but just can't see the changes on the screen.
