DVI-D to DisplayPort adapter for 1080p 144Hz?

Hey guys. I'm looking for an adapter that will work DVI-D to DisplayPort at 1080p 144Hz. Needs to be displayport 1.2 or higher. I just got a huge monitor upgrade for my nVidia Surround setup, but I'm stuck on 120Hz until I get that adapter. If someone could be so kind as to point where I can buy said adapter I would greatly appreciate it!

Heyo! Anyone know of such an adapter? If not, would a DisplayPort 1.2 Hub work with Surround, 144Hz, and FreeSync with my NV GPU?

Gata update: if you're looking for a nice two way DP hub that will display two monitors at 1080p 144Hz, then I would recommend this one:

Nice cheap solution if you lack the displayports, plus the 144Hz support is a great bonus.
